How can I stop facial hair growth?

To treat the hair I have on my upper lips, I do threading once every 3 weeks or so. But now, it looks like this is beginning to make lines at the sides of my mouth, so I don't know what to do. Is bleaching or waxing better? What could stop the hair from growing in the first place?

I use nair on my upperlip, works great.
just don't let it get on your lip!
and don't keep it on long!!!

i wax it dont hurt that bad but the hair does stay gone for a while

I use laser hair removal. I use to use nair for my facial hair, but I found it burns my skin and the hair grows back faster. The Yag Laser works Great!!!!

You should use an ice cube afterwards to close up the pores
