Head Hair Growth- How do we stop it?

My husband has been shaving off the hair on his head for about a year now. We both love his bald look but he has to shave his head every day and it leaves the skin damaged. Is there any way to remove the hair permanently without causing pain?

let it grow then rip it all out :) it true it happened to me my hair got traped in a factor drill and it rip all of my hair off so now im completely bald :( im a girl
